SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. (DALRQ : DALRQ
DALRQ, , ) said Wednesday that traffic in September fell 3.4% across the total system, to 9.08 billion revenue passenger miles. Load factor, or the percentage of the plane filled with passengers, rose 1.5 percentage points to 74.6%. Capacity decreased 5.4% to 12.17 billion available seat miles, the Atlanta-based carrier said.

Kind of a misleading title. I'd say that's pretty good to have traffic only drop 3% when you've cut 5% capacity.
