Dave, Give Us Your 2 Cents

Where is the cost savings of 2 casm that Dave says he can get from the non labor side? Why has't this been done yet? This would not need union approval, being as this is part of his job to seek these efficencies. This reminds me of wolfe when he quit running the airline for over a year, thinking the merger was going through. What is Dave's motive for not addressing this sooner, and more importantly, still not addressing this issue? Does he want to make the losses keep look like they are still piling up to strengthen his hand for more concessions, or is he just incompetent?

I think it's part of the Moving Forward Plan which one poster is so fond of refering to. Unfortunately no one has any idea what that plan really is.
