Prague- Defence Minister Vlasta Parkanova has decided to submit a delicate operation for approval to the government - to donate 20,000 automatic rifles and 650 machine guns from the Czech military, totally valued at over 30 million crowns, to the Afghan government, the daily Pravo writes.
