Moscow- The Czech Defence Ministry would turn to another partner if it failed to sign an agreement on the joint modernisation of Czech military helicopters with Russia's Rosoboronexport arms producer, deputy defence minister Martin Bartak told CTK after two-day talks in Moscow today.
