I am flying from Boston to Orlando in December. I purchased non stop flights from American but the planes are “operated” by Jet Blue. On my day of travel, do I check in with my luggage at the American Airline terminal or the Jet Blue terminal? They are both located in different locations. Thank you.

I would check in with JetBlue given thats the nonstop flight your on

In theory you should be able to check-in with either carrier, but yeah, I'd go to JetBlue.
