CONGRATULATIONS! Continental Airlines' Team of AMTs were awarded first place in the AMT Society's Maintenance Skills Competition!

It was my honor to award the CO team of skilled AMTs their first place plaques, and open end/box end wrench set provided by Snap-On Tools and also a very nice Snap-On reverseable screw driver. Team CO displayed the very qualities that are found throughout the AMT craft and profession. The other 8 teams that CO competed against were just as professional.

I will post photos from the Maintenance Skills Competition within a day or two. Thanks to Continantal Airlines for fielding a team of AMTs which helped the AMT Society raise the public's awareness of the many responsibilities that today's AMTs carry in providing safe, airworthy aircraft.
