CLT new hire update Fleet Service

People, when will they learn this is not working ?
Was advised by a shop steward that they are "trying" to hire 90 new fleet service agents in CLT but can not find people who can pass the drug & background checks or will work for the low pay. You get what you pay for & they can't keep the few they hire !

Well thats ok. Because ALL the Sandcastle is worried about is the Hubs right now. We have interviewed and offered employment to Eight New FSA's in our Station. All we are waiting for is a Background Check by the Company and they could start tomorrow. Too bad we have been waiting Three weeks for them to do the checks. Everything else came back OK. And trust me we could use them as a our Outbound Baggage Belt is Broke and it seems they cant fix it.

i posted in another thread, the oldmgmt did the damages to all the cities, now we in all these cities are severly affected. Too bad mgmt will never know the reality of the damage they did until these flts start running very late due to SHORT STAFFING. In my city we are lucky to have 4 people to handle 3 planes at a time and that dont include diversions or maintaince problems. just wait til this winter and see what happens, especially in the northeast YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR is apparently the perfect motto for USAIR
