Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. company, hosted a high-ranking delegation from the Chilean Air Force, or FACH, for a contract signing ceremony where Gen. Julio Escobar committed the FACH to purchase twelve Bell 412 four-axis helicopters. (TXT)
