I read that Liat bought out Carribean Star and they are being folded into Liats operations.
I also read that Carribbean Sun is trying to aquire a 737 to begin jet service and that they will be based in Florida.
In my opinion both carriers were kind of hit or miss with their service, everything ran on island time. Maybe the merger with Liat will improve things like customer servce when there is a scheduel change. I was really suprised to see that ZQ is moving from an island hopper to attempt to be a Jet operator.
