MONTREAL, Aug. 14 - Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of August 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008, will be paid on September 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2008.
