Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of July 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008, will be paid on August 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2008.
