Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of April 1, 2008 to April 30, 2008, will be paid on May 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2008.
