MONTREAL, Aug. 7 - Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.0875 per unit covering the period of August 1, 2007 to August 31, 2007, will be paid on September 14, 2007 to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2007.
