Is there a way for a non-CAL employee can see the poll with affecting the poll results? The only way to see the results is to vote, and that would give you people a false reading.

From Smisek interview in USAtoday...
"What we'd like to be is the global airline of choice, certainly for the business traveler," he said. "We want to offer the best route network, the best product, the best service. And we'll want to be an airline where people will actually want to fly us, and where employees want to work for us. I'd like to have employees beating down the doors to get a job here."
From what I've seen in this business...they say one thing and actually DO another.
