I noticed two Non Stops showing on OCT 31 BWI to LAX. Flights 7049 and 7099. Are those US flights?

didn't we used to run N/S BWI-LAX/SFO? Even with the pull back at BWI, why the hell would we dump those routes? I would think that someone would pay a premium to fly US N/S over SW with a connection.

The two flights I believe are UA flights 229 (departing 08:45 arriving at 11:00...in time for the Orient bank) and 307 (departing at 18:55 following the business day). Currently both are 757's, changing to 320's with the Fall scheduling change.

UA operates those two non-stop along with four others making a single stop at either ORD or DEN. The worst you're gonna do is a 319 on a single leg of those. Mostly 757/320 equipment.

For tomorrow (Aug 20) the flights are showing almost sold out. Going WestBound...go UA!

Cheers,
Z

SW has a nonstop from BWI now that the latest generation 737s can do coast to coast nonstop.

They used to have non-stop BWI-SEA too. BWI-LAX was pulled shortly after Southwest announced BWI-LAX. Now, Southwest also flies BWI-SJC and BWI-SAN.
