Bonus Coming For September?

Looks like we should be number 1 in OT for September. HP finished 1 and US 2.

That earned the bonus we've already gotten....

Bigining with the Oct numbers, the new combined program kicks in:

Combined (East & West) in the top 3 of the 9 "majors" earns $50.

Combined "Hat Trick" - top 3 in on time, baggage, and complaints - earns $100.

I forgot the DOT is always one month behind. I wonder if we will get the extra $50 on the HP side for our compaints coming in under 10.

That I don't know since I'm not familiar with the West program. I'm under the impression, though, that the two individual programs are gone - replaced with the combined program.
