Bombardier Q400 aircraft receives type certification in Brazil

Bombardier has received type certification from the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) for its 86-seat Q400 aircraft.[SIZE=12.8px]The certificate was awarded to the company at a ceremony at ANAC's offices in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.[/SIZE][SIZE=12.8px]Bombardier has logged 546 firm orders for Q400 aircraft to date.[/SIZE][SIZE=12.8px]Bombardier estimates demand for 1,150 units of the 60 to 150-seat aircraft Latin America and the Caribbean, including Mexico, through 2034.[/SIZE]
