Better Seats Southwest if these people are right!

I have been hearing rumors that Southwest has very uncomfortable seats. I would like to fly Southwest one day to save money but I don't want to feel uncomfortable. There was a comment on YouTube even on a Southwest vs AirTran video, a comment stated that the seats on Southwest suck followed bu the d-word. So if this is true, add more comfortable seats or if I go on you and if you are uncomfortable, I won't use you again.

Best thing to do is to judge for yourself. Not everyone is going to agree or disagree regarding seat comfort issues, and you know what they say about opinions...
