This article scares me when it says it needs to compete with MROs, that sounds like AA is setting up the association to take pay cuts to save jobs. That never works out.

That's the one! Thanks. Airways has always bothered me in that it reads like it is written by a 5 year old. It's almost like no one proof reads the thing. Why on earth would you post that picture? Let alone take it? Besides making AA look bad, it makes the magazine look stupid as well.
