According to the CAL yahoo board, yes. Growth to about 100 pilots domiciled in CLE is planned over the next few months. By August Beech departures are scheduled for 42 fllights daily.
Don't know about the rest of you, but I find the establishment of a Beech hub almost as interesting to watch as a mainline jet version.
