Tonight starts the American Airlines Arena vs the US Airways Center battle of corporate sponsership!
Who will win?
Does the Dallas arena have a nickname? Some are calling the Phoenix arena USAC. Is Dallas called AA or triple A? The US Airways Center has been around a long time but is very nice. The Dallas Arena is very new correct?
Vegas has the AA arena winning in Six games but Wall St. like US!

the series so far has been a great way to advertise US AIRWAYS CENTER, it looked great on TNT the other night, US AIRWAYS now looks like a REAL airline, with sponsorships and such !

It is actually the American Airlines CENTER, not the American Airlines Arena. The AA Arena is the one the Miami Heat play in.

And yes, the local folks call in the AAC.

And while I am loyal to US, I am also loyal to the Mavs....so....(I can't believe I am saying this but).....Go American!

Why doesnt US Airways start sponsoring a Nextel Cup Racecar like they used to. It would probably be cheaper (I believe 12 mil for the hood) and most of the fans I know of support the sports sponsors.

Well AAC did better tonight all even as they head to USAC for games 3&4.
As far as sponshership I think almost every airline has a BB arena but I think NASCAR is a natural especialy for US w/ a HUB in CLT! Hell I would even root for Jeff Gordon if he drove the US Airways Ford, Chevy or even a Dodge!
