in yet another move by each carrier in the market to capitalize on UA's decision to leave JFK, B6 is now further expanding Mint to offer low fares in the premium cabins as well as serve the coach market which B6 has long served in the transcon market.
B6' move further validates that niche premium strategies don't work if low cost carriers can offer premium products as well as serve the coach market.
