In a letter dated September 19th, 2003...AMFA reluctantly initiated a law suit in the Northern District Court of California concerning United's failure to recognize AMFA as the certified representative of the fuelers.

knock knock.....what happened to my AMT only union? Ohhhh...we all know the ole judge ordered us to take fleet rags...but fuelers? and suing to get them? Rip my card up ..I quit....hahahahahahaha...next dream?..hahahahahahaha
 
The National Mediation Board determines the Craft and Class. If you have any questions please contact them.

You're right, I finally understand the error of my ways...I bow before the throne of the almighty bus and on bended knee kiss the ring of Sonny Hall.

I now realize the superiority of the TWU.

The TWU would never have reluctantly initiated a lawsuit over the failure of an Air Carrier to recognize them as the bargaining agent....after all, look what the TWU at AA did to the Fuelers, Title IV, in the last "section six" negotiations---they got rid of them.

There was no need to file a lawsuit since the TWU & AA agreed that these TWU Members could be eliminated.

So much for Negotiations. So much for strength in numbers...that is, unless you are a fueler.

If I was the title II guys at AA, I would be doing some serious kissing at the throne lest Emperor Sonny cast you under the bus just like the fuelers.

They are not even loyal to the shrine, in JFK Local 501 got rid of the employee bus too!

That in turn eliminated Title II work-maintaining the bus, plus all the drivers work.

Chiafalo was too busy getting drunk at the COPE Convention I guess.

He even missed an appointment to talk to Senator Schumer about issues that effect his members, maybe he did not feel that he had any issues, or maybe he was just too hung over to be bothered. All in all it worked out better for us in 562, because we got to spend the entire session talking about our issues.

Chiafalo is Sonny's boy, at least he thinks so.

Hey Booby...snap your head to AA and it's direction...if the bus drivers have issues it's THEIR business...not all people depend on Bobby Owens...I know ya think they do...you really do have a huge opinion of yourself and your inabilities....but Booby...get your own house cleaned up a bit first you hunter you...hahahahahahahaha..see ya in 3 years Booby....

however Booby...that was a small post for you...what a matter...get a phone call from C/O?
 
vell, vell, vell....I have studied zis forum extensively und I have noticed alot of anger und represed emotions by many of ze individuals on zis forum.
However, in all my years of studying ze human mind I have never encountered such a phenomenon as zis zo called Drippy Quill. Herr Quill's rantings und unintelligible discources are of great concern to me. For zey reveal to me a very angry, disturbed, pathological und psychotic individual. Honestly he scares me. I would dare zay he is in ze category of a David Berkowits or a Theodore Bundy. I would stay clear of zis person und not provoke him. He may have started out by harming small animal but now he is at a far more dangerous stage. I implore him, as a Doctor, to seek professioanal assistance. There are vonderful medications today which ver not available in my day. These medications plus extensive psychotherapy vould do vonders for Herr Drippy Quill. I only hope he heeds my advise before it is too late! :unsure:
