So, which rules were transgressed to cause a rerun of this election? Anybody know?

Heard a rumor that people in PHX were bringing in their ballots and giving them to one person to do the voting. BUT THAT WAS JUST A RUMOR. I would also like to know the facts.

Same results as before only more resounding. The local prediction is: Coonrod will be in SWA management soon. Say it aint so.
