did you read there term sheet a couple of high lights 8 year agreement 12 year pay scale 2015 1.5% raise, some about in 2016 opening up the contract to make sure eagle is not at a cost diadvantage.

I willn't even get started with the dress code policy

and superbowl Sunday is considered a special day!!!!!!!!!!!11

Quick scan reveals:

The bad:

1. Lost two holidays

2. No longer able to bank holidays

3. Lost one week of vacation

4. New PDO system resulted in yearly sick time accrual going from 48 hours/year to 8 hours/year. (yes that was no typo)

5. PDO system eliminates sick time but you still get councilled via the ACP if you use a PDO without 7 days notice

6. Pay cut for topped out.

7. Pay freeze for non topped out.

8. Eight year contract ammendable in four. Pay will be determined by the average of the worst paid and second worst paid comparable regional airlines.

9. Seniority determines work location. (i.e. Mechanics contractually cannot bid off hangar nights for the first three years)

10. 401k match cut


The ridiculous:

1. Being told how many buttons must be buttoned on your shirt


The retarded:

1. Being charged for OT for NOT SIGNING UP (I'm not kidding. That is the caliber of people we have in charge here at Eagle)
 
We get charged for not signing now...the logic apparently is "if you had signed,you would have gotten it,so not by not signing you are essentially refusing it".
