AirTran Holdings Inc.'s pilots voted out their union president and vice president, reflecting frustration over contract negotiations that have stretched for more than two years, a union spokesman said. More than two-thirds of 1,130 pilots voted Wednesday to recall President Allen Philpot and Vice President Michael Surapine, spokesman Brian Gaudet said. The two were elected in 2006 to three-year terms at the National Pilots Association, a small independent union at the Orlando-based carrier.
