I talked to a AirTran employee at DFW who said that they were looking to expand at DFW if they were able to get 2-3 of Continental''s gates when they move over to DL''s terminal in september. She said they were looking at DFW-MCO/FLL/TPA/BWI and one other city I can''t remember.
I think Valujet had a domicle in DFW back in the day. I think they flew TPA, ATL, MCO, FLL, IAD, MDW and couple of other cities that I can''t remember. If they get only 2 gates they are probably not going to expand a whole lot. But they are pretty good at utilizing what gates they do have.
