Airline F/A's pay rates

This issue will pick up momentum as some airlines (starting with Delta first, once again) I believe the F/A's should be paid upon the time they are required to show up for work. F/A's duties start when they arrive at work just like all other employees, they should be treated the same IMO. Let's say an aircraft leaves the gate but sits in line long delays for an hour maybe two. F/A's are not getting paid yet? Then why are they expected to work at this time??
Only thing I could suggest is at least pay them once on board the A/C? Or check in with flight they are assigned to at a set time by company?? Their duties start way before they get in the air and extend longer than after touch down.

Isn't this the truth. All the recent contracts have already fallen behind this admins. inflation build up. Watching all the neighborhoods being built with their housing prices have doubled, and in some cases, tripled. A new % range is now needed to get employees back to being able to afford living. So glad to hear her say all employee groups are united on this issue.

Don't worry, when the recession that the media insists isn't happening kicks into full gear, those housing prices are going to collapse spectacularly.

Amazon just announced that they are closing about 40 warehouses because of declining demand. Walmart is supposedly cutting back on it's buying as well. What do the retailers see that airline unions don't?

This time around, there won't be reliable levels of business travel to offset the drop in leisure demand.

Still doesn't cover the cost of living exploding in the last couple years and STILL going now. Especially in the housing, auto, groceries, RV's, camping trailers, boats, 4 wheelers, ATV's, side by sides, new cars, used cars, car repairs, home repairs, etc...
Inflation-Inflation-Inflation has gone thru the roof with the current admin's running this country, PERIOD!!! Was NOT present under last admin, matter fact country was very, very rich and peoples retirement funds were bursting with $$$$. Now all that is down 25%. Why is that???
The amazon's, Wal-Marts, and others are trying to control their bottom dollar. They are currently trying to force reduced prices to insight a possible recession all in their favors, hello.
