The incident started just after 4pm aboard American Eagle flight 4264, which was leaving Miami International Airport for Charlotte, NC. A passenger thought that a man, possibly of Middle Eastern descent was acting suspiciously aboard the small jet operated by the commuter partner of American Airlines as it was taxiing down the runway.

That passenger used her own cell phone to call Miami-Dade Police. She said the suspicious man had walked back and forth on the isle of the cabin and had motioned to go inside the plane's lavatory but never went in, pulling some items from his carry-on luggage in the process.

Had it been a Terrorist that had slipped through the cracks she would have been a HERO!

I say better safe than sorry these days.

I know this sounds radical but why didn't she ring the call button and tell her concerns to the F/A?
