has gotten confirmation from
AMR Spokesperson Bruce Hicks
that he was WRONG....that the
3 Unions on the Property were
NOT, I REPEAT NOT told of this
SERP Trust.
Now AMR Management is admitting
that they kept this information
secret from the Union Leadership
and so our leaders DID NOT know
of it during this process.

They are creeps. Straight up creeps. They don''t care that they just forced me to take a 25% paycut and they will still file bankrupcy killing my pension. They have theirs protected no matter what happens. Then they lie about it. These are the people running my company?????? Man I don''t wanna say this but bring Crandall back at least we were profitable and he made no secret of what his intentions were. Ever!

You guys, en mass, have to find the whole bunch at APFA that caused this deliberate act. I hoping it was just Master Ward!
My thoughts will always be with the men and women on the line in any position. From blue rooms to ties at an airport. Nobody is slick and deceptive, all or most work hard, some think they deserve more than the other, BUT NO ONE anywhere is like Ward and Carty.
I am hoping cajones will prevail and some lawyer will accept this as a RICO case. If I was active in my chosen field, I'd be there in a second. If I had the fire you guys still have, I'd be there. If I hadn't gone thru 3 of these, the last one as an officer somewhere else, I'd be there. I couldn't go thru a 4th, with people sticking it in every opening you all have and stealing all the way.

No that was the total returned to me as my portion of pre-tax deductions somewhere else. The plan had collapsed 3 times before.
So you see, I smelled the odor early. It was the same smell as before, this time however it came from John Ward and Carty.
I will intervene when I can and support all of you, as long as you support each other. Get an AFL/CIO national union with seperate pension and health bennies. Demand that travel be a part of your labor package. Dont give anything away, and let them take little. Deception and lies are senior managements way of life.
Stick together, slot the LLC'ers in in a real FAIR way, not the pilot or TWU way. Cut the hours flown by 6-9 hrs per month and everyone works year round.
