AA.com Has Delayed Luggage Check

American Airlines and American Eagle are pleased to announce the new Bag Status feature on AA.com. In the event your bag has been delayed upon flight arrival and you have received a baggage File Locator ID from an airport agent, you can now check the status of your luggage at aa.com/bagstatus


What ever happened to "Lost Luggage"? If its not there with you, its lost!

And it only took about two years to make this happen.... we built a prototype for this back in 2005. AA's IT department couldn't slot it in until halfway due to other "critical" work like AA.Com/Women...
