Wow! What the hell took so long? This will help the Spirit/JB merger get approved more easily now. I love how AA and JB went ahead early on assuming they would get approved, OR, better yet was hoping to push the DOJ into approving since they had already started the NEA on their own so not to have the DOJ shut down something already in progress. Didn't work AA and JB, and now you have 30 days to shut'er down. And now JB can focus more on the merger with Spirit as it is more likely to happen now that the Judge shut down this NEA.
