7e7 For Lcc's?

This tidbit is from an Aviation Daily article on the 7E7...

Boeing expects more 7E7 orders by the end of the year, Bair said. The airframer is having "some level" of discussions with more than 50 carriers, and "roughly half" of those are serious, Bair said. Some of those talks are with low-cost carriers that might be looking to expand their business model beyond traditional domestic service.

[Just Plane Crazy]

At the end only 8 - 10 of these 50 will buy and the only LCC they talked to is WN. Non of the US airlines has steped forward and ordered B7E7. It is important that other US airlines (other than WN) will order this aircraft. Boeing had much intrest in the Sonic Cruiser and look what happend. The one order is not going to even pay for the R&D of the B7E7.
