Most likely the "LiveTV" receiver.

The round thing is the radome to the livetv antenna. The dome is removable and the rotating antenna is mounted under.

Just off a Live-TV equipped Boeing 737-700 of the new United on the way home from the Star Alliance party. Good reception and appears to have fewer dropouts than Jet Blue.

The system CAL (new UA) has is different and newer than Jetblue's. The antenna is a new design that is able to find and hold the satellite better.
