25 Killed in Assault on Somali Insurgents (Washington Post)

NAIROBI, March 29 -- Ethiopian helicopters and tanks battered a market and several Mogadishu neighborhoods Thursday in a major strike against insurgents that killed at least 25 people and wounded more than 100 others, witnesses and residents said. Most of the casualties appeared to be civilians.
