Sure it has - look at how much money the company has saved. Maybe that's where your pay raise came from!

It's funny watching you twist trying to explain how the pilots should keep their nose out of FA business but you have every right to stick your nose in theirs...

Jim

Aren't you retired? You don't have a nickel in this dime Mr. Wizard.

So? Not having a nickle in it hasn't stopped you from going over to the AA forum and poking those folks with a stick...

I do love the "do as I say, not as I do" double standard though - comedy relief.

Jim
Silver: No question the [9th] embraced the issue that there was harm to the West Pilots.

Hey Mr. Wizard when I read on the AA forums and hear us as being called whores because we come to work everyday to do what we can to take care of ourselves and our families despite the challenges we've faced through our bankruptcies and labor issues et al, I'm gonna fight back. That's my nature. When they deride my company and colleagues out of frustration because of where they are due to their own shortcomings, management and labor, I'm gonna push back. And I don't care who likes it or not. And that includes you, someone who had a long career here at US but has chosen to trash us at every turn you can. I don't know why and I could care less. But you're retired. You don't have nickel in this dime.

What do you care if there is or isn't a merger you won't benefit or be screwed by it. If it makes you feel good bashing US and it's efforts to stabilize itself as a player then so be it. I don't give a rat's ass. You can look to the past and our bankruptcies and the monies we lost all you want. Suit yourself. That's yesterday's news. I think it's ridiculous to kiss the asses of an airline that would love to have seen you jobless while you were here just so it would enhance their bottom line, or so they thought. But that's on you. Whatever issues you have with US is your business and
God bless you in resolving it.

But yes, the US pilot issues have set us all back. That's not infringing on pilot's issues it's the truth. And it has really held up the flight attendants till recently. I hope something fair is resolved. But you need know that, while you are on your keyboard with the curtain pulled finger f#@5k&ing your keyboard in your virtual world of OZ, whatever agenda you've bought into to trash the company I work for in favor of a company that---despite their taking a much deserved dirt bath in the cess poll of Chapter 11-never gave a #### about you or us while you wile you toiled here. So feel free to attack me. I can take it. And I can dish it. And I will! Best of luck to you and I hope your team wins today.

Oh,for Pete's Sake!

Please tell the folks out here how you're supposed to get briefed and receive a special briefing card reviewing emergency exit procedures. Pilots are not qualified for emergency exit procedures on all aircraft...just the "one" they operate.

You are not qualified on most of our fleet. E190, AB330, 767....
If we had an emergency...you'd be in the damn way!
Actually we are out west. We go through all of our doors in all of our aircraft.

It's not that hard. I know you want to make people believe its that hard so as to justify your perceived level of intelligence, but flipping a lever and stepping back is pretty simple.

We do, after all, put passengers in exit rows and expect them to open the plugs on their own, right?

So get over yourself. One ground school and I'd be qualified on all of our aircraft.

Now sweetheart, you don't. You're taking an OPEN jumpseat that doesn't carry an FA on revenue flights. The FA for that particular door is still responsible for said door.

Tell me, do we send passengers to recurrent so they can sit in our exit rows?

And are you still hung up on the call sign thing? I'm surprised because when I go through CLT or PHL, it seems to be rolling of your lips very smoothly these days.

Mr. Move to.... get over yourself too.... Yes Passengers should learn to open these things you call "plugs"
We had a very bad incident in LAX.... all would have survived on USair flight except the Capt. in said incident if the window exit was opened in a more timely matter.
Pax were fighting over who was going to open it and who was going out first. (Only two exits were operational) So, Mr. know it all I am a pilot and therefore I am God...
Get over yourself and go back to the Pilot board and fight with your own.

You are the reason many make fun of FAs. Have you seen the pool the company draws FAs out of? Ya, not to impressive as the qualifications aren't that stringent.

Thank god a few outstanding gems come through, but unfortunately, they are diluted with the likes of you.

I don't understand your story as you've pretty much pieced together your thought vomit into what you thought was a coherent paragraph.

Please, step back, take a breath, and ask the nearest 7 year old to compose your thoughts into something normal people can comprehend.

Or, better yet, please stop trying to participate. You hurt the image of your profession every time you post something.

I wouldn't pay much attention to ggiby.

The fact that she hasn't figured out that that little trick stopped working decades ago is one thing, but the fact that she'd more than likely spike her own coffee in the process makes her threat hollow.

Quite comical.
