So, a friend of mine just got a call to fly to Dallas Thursday for a A&P test, and he was wondering what to expect. Southwest would be a career and not just a job, and he doesn't want to be blindsided. Any info would be much appreciated.

Lol. Don't worry about the test. It's the 180 days of probation. Well it used to be 90, but I've seen several late probation firings... day 89 , thanks for trying out.
