Airline Management Quote Most complex business

I recall comming across a quote in the past several years where an airline president/ceo stated that airline's were the most complex businesses to operate. I believe it went on to say that there were over 20 Key Success Factors versus 5 or 6 for the average manufacturing business.

Does this sound familiar? If you know where it originated, would you let me know.
